Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty:

We will arrange for an inspection, and if the product is found to be defective, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Process

Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.

Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. (Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.)
Refunds

Exchanges
